PK Catory POS Privacy Policy
Last updated: 21 June 2026
Overview
PK Catory POS is a restaurant point-of-sale application for managing menu items, orders, sales records, delivery records, receipts, and restaurant settings. This policy explains what information the app handles and how it is used.
Information We Collect
- Account information such as email address, name, business name, and authentication status.
- Restaurant operation data such as products, categories, prices, table data, delivery orders, receipts, and sales records.
- Technical data required to keep the service working, such as Firebase authentication tokens and sync status.
How We Use Information
- To let each restaurant sign in and access its own POS data.
- To save, sync, and display menu, order, delivery, receipt, and sales information.
- To support offline sale queue behavior and restore data when the device is online.
- To maintain security, troubleshoot issues, and improve reliability.
Third-Party Services
The app uses Google Firebase services for authentication, database storage, and synchronization. Data is not sold to advertisers, and the app does not include third-party advertising.
Data Sharing
Restaurant data is used to operate the POS service for the signed-in account. We do not sell personal data. Data may be processed by service providers used to operate the app, such as Firebase, under their service terms.
Data Retention and Deletion
Operational data is kept while the account is active or as needed for restaurant records. Users can delete their account in the app by opening Settings and choosing Delete Account and Restaurant Data. This removes the sign-in account and restaurant data associated with that account, including products, orders, receipts, delivery records, and settings that the app can access.
If you need help with account or data deletion, contact PK Catory support.
